TERMS OF SERVICE
Commission Guideline
1. Discuss your design ideas with us, and we will quote you with a price.
2. Prices range from anywhere between 450k to 750k rupiah, a soft estimate based on the complexity of the dice design and failure rates.
3. For requests beyond our current capabilities, that require us to invest in further development, that price may increase for the first purchase.
4. 50% of the cost must be transferred before the first pour.
5. Once paid, your commission will be locked onto the queue, and I will give you a time estimate. Typically 2-4 weeks (not including waitlist queue.)
6. Each commission grants you two casts! Then you pick one.
7. If both sets are something to be desired you can purchase the other set for a discounted rate!
8. Once the sets are finished, we will document any flaws and its fixes, which may incur discounts on the final price.
9. Once the set(s) are finished, and you have been informed of the flaws, we will ship the product to you.
10. Finally, you will be quoted the remaining costs, plus shipping, minus flaw deductions.
11. If neither of the sets are something you wished for, you will receive a 75% return (on what’s already transferred.)
12. If you wish to keep tweaking and experimenting with the design, whole-set pours after the second incur an additional 20% charge (of the total cost.)
13. We reserve the right to refuse commissions. We reserve the right to sell any remaining unclaimed sets in our shop. We reserve the right to intellectual property we developed during your commission, i.e. sketches, concepts, 3D models, etc.
The Handmade Nature
- Every set is crafted by one person (for now,) from design, tooling, production, to finishing.
- No two dice set will ever be identical.
- Egregious failures and “not even close” results will not see the light of day, much less the lens of a camera. They will not count against your right to two casts.
- Difference between idea and reality.
- Small scratches.
- Numbers more shallow than the rest (usually no. 1.)
- Slightly incongruent faces, especially the clipped corners.
- Unevenly dull edges, smooth surfaces. (Usually no. 1 too.)
- Mold marks.
- Stray small bubbles.
- Uneven number inking or painting.
- Kintsugi patches; parts of the dice might be of slightly different color (or wholly different, should you wish to spotlight the flaws instead.)
- Slightly concaved surfaces.
Worry not, however, as we have quality and transparency measures in place.
- We will scan the sets for any flaws, document it, and inform you before the commission is continued.
- The end result will be graded, which will affect the final price.
- A perfect result will cost as agreed in the beginning.
- In case of flaws, you have the choice of: having it be re-poured (individually, or the whole set, which will incur different extra charges.) Or you may accept the flaws as is.
- Fixed flaws will incur a discount, applied by the final transfer before we have it shipped to you.
- Unfixable flaws will either incur a greater discount, or a free re-cast.

Doesn’t have to be bespoke art, you can pull any references from the ‘net and it’ll be a good start.
The designs above are the owner’s OCs and art, helping him promote his work. <3
Imagery
Share with me colour palettes, patterns, and textures!
While we might not be able to replicate the effects 100% in reality, the vibes and imagery are what we can start with.

Share references from other crafters and artists!
We can’t imitate them, but they’ll be great inspiration and tutorial.
Shoutout to Rybonator for teaching us fledgling dicemakers so much, and for free!
Check him out if you want to know more of the process and techniques involved.
